POSITION SUMMARY
As a Floor Attendant, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional front-of-house service to our guests. You’ll be responsible for managing your designated sections, ensuring food and beverage quality, and working seamlessly with the team to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience at Bar Monte.

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and showcasing Bar Monte to the highest standards.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while keeping attention to detail.
• A strong team player with a positive attitude and a love for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for building relationships with guests.
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
• A basic understanding of Italian cuisine and wine is a bonus, but we’re more than happy to train the right person.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to create a fun, positive, and efficient environment for both staff and guests.
• Venue Presentation: Carry out opening and closing procedures, ensuring the venue is spotlessly clean, properly presented, and that lighting and uniform standards are maintained.
• Table Maintenance: Provide top-notch service and maintain tables to ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience.
• Food & Beverage Knowledge: Stay up to date with menu offerings and the wine list, attend training sessions, and offer guests expert recommendations.
• Cleaning & Tidiness: Assist with weekly deep cleaning and ensure the venue remains tidy throughout your shift.
• Checklists: Complete opening and closing checklists, ensuring all tasks are carried out as required.
