Inspired by a passion for bright, bold, and flavourful cuisine, our menu features a fusion of fast-moving flavours showcased through dips, small plates, salads, and grilled skewers, and more substantial main courses.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Floor Attendants to join our talented team.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Floor attendant is responsible of all elements of Front of house service. The Floor attendant is in charge of Customer service & sections, following The Smoking Camel sequence of service, food & beverage quality control and team work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checklists – Complete the opening & closing check lists. Ensure updated check lists are displayed in designated areas at all times;
- Customer Complaints – Handle all customer complaints when working on shift and improve customer experience in store. Always communicating with your manager about a customer complaint and taking guidance on how to deal with the situation. All customer complaints must be communicated with the manager on shift.
- Wine service – Learning wine service and basic wine knowledge.
- Opening & Closing the Venue – Present Venue in accordance to VM, correct lighting, music control, cleanliness, uniforms and all table presentation.
- Deep Clean – Fortnightly deep clean of FOH & BOH to be run by Restaurant Managers.
- Food & Beverage knowledge – must attend all training or group training to ensure knowledge of the menu is developed to full ability.
- Team work – Working with your team to create a fun and happy environment in house & with all staff.
