International Bao Day is a celebration dedicated to the moreish steamed bun which has captured the hearts and appetites of food lovers around the globe.

Here at Light Years, our passion for bao runs deep, which is why we've teamed up with the good folks at Wonderbao to bring you some epic bao specials.  

Join us as we indulge in baos both sweet and savory from Thursday 22 August 2024 (International Bao Day) to Sunday 25 August 2024.

• Tofu Katsu Bao Bun: A vegetarian delight, this bao is filled with firecracker sauce, cucumber, and lettuce, served on a Wonderbao charcoal bun.
• Custard Bao Bun: For dessert, enjoy a deep-fried custard-filled Wonderbao, complemented by vanilla bean ice cream, Szechuan caramel, and five spice sugar. ‍
