This New Year's Eve, we’re serving up something special: a five-course shared banquet that’s packed with a mix of exclusive creations and Light Years classics.

Start your evening with some tasty plates from the larder – think smashed cucumbers, spicy salmon on sesame crackers, and crying tiger beef tataki. And if you're feeling fancy, there is the option to add some oysters to the mix!

Next, dive into seafood-centric middle courses with prawn hargow dumplings and crispy prawn toast. Before indulging in the fan favourite crispy masterstock pork belly with pineapple and chilli caramel. Then, rounding out the savoury side, enjoy wagyu beef ssam topped with ssam jam and kimchichurri.

To complete the feast: custard-filled bao buns—the perfect way to wrap up the night (and the year!)
