Light Years, Burleigh Heads
Boasting pastel tiles, hand painted walls, breeze blocks and a smattering of terracotta, Light Years Burleigh Heads is a short sandy-footed stroll from the Burleigh foreshore. Here the fun yet relaxed dining space serves up share plates, tropical cocktails with a good dose of high vibes and funky tunes!
Kick back in a booth in the air conditioned interiors, or soak up the fresh air alfresco. Dogs both welcomed and encouraged.

Cake & decorations
We love a celebration! Cakes are welcome, we do not charge a cake cutting fee. If you are looking to bring in further decorations such as florals please discuss this in advance with the venue directly.
No confetti or glitter is permitted in the venue
Walk-ins
While we recommend reserving your table in advance, we always leave a handful of seats aside for walk-ins. Note, these spaces tend to favour two seaters during the busier periods.

Parking
There is plenty of parking available in the surrounding side streets. Elder Entrance and Symonds Road are usually a pretty safe bet.
Please note, due to ongoing traffic works the highway entry path to Light Years Burleigh has been affected. Please enter via back roads.
Weekends & Public Holidays
We are open almost every day of the year with the main closure being Christmas day! Please note, a weekend surcharge of 10% applies on Saturdays and Sundays, and 15% on public holidays. All credit cards incur a 1.5% surcharge.
Set menus
For tables of 8 or more guests you will be required to dine from one of our banquet menus.
For tables of 20 or more guests you will be required to dine on the ‘Premium Selection’ banquet menu only.
Children under 12 are exempt from the banquet and welcome to dine from the kid’s menu. However, they are still included in the total number of guests. For example, a table of 8, including 2 children, the adults will still be required to select from the banquet menus.
Dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice.
Can I bring my dog?
We love it when you do! Dogs are welcome in our outside seating area. We simply ask that they remain on the leash.

Note, while we take the upmost care to cater for your individual needs, and have protocols in place to limit cross contamination, we cannot guarantee zero risk of exposure to allergens.
